CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) is the equipment renting to the Myanmar Net prepaid users for better connectivity at home and Myanmar Net coverage areas.
2. What are the benefits of using CPE?
Myanmar Net connectivity is good even without using CPE. But using it will expand the coverage for the whole home with better connectivity.
3. How to pay for the Prepaid CPE?
Top-up Myanmar Net Account and Rental Fees will be deducted automatically from the account.
4. What happens, if Myanmar Net account does not have enough balance for the charges of Prepaid CPE?
If Myanmar Net Account did not have enough balance for the CPE and Mini rental fees, CPE will be shut-down after one month.

After connecting “Myanmar Net” Wi-Fi, Choose “Myanmar Net Customers” at the log-in place of myCANAL App.
5. Can I get a free trial for CANAL+?
Not available free trial for CANAL+.
6. Videos can be downloaded at CANAL+?
Videos can be downloaded and watched in the duration of 7 days from “Series” or “Movies” section of myCANAL App.
7. How many devices can connect and watch CANAL+?
Both Postpaid (AWT Plan) and Prepaid (AWT Packs) subscribers can watch myCANAL on 2 different devices at the same time.
1. Connect to VIP SSID and download Myanmar Net App.
2. Select “Sign in with a phone number” and enter the extra user account (for external) number that is activated by the phone number.
3. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to that phone number.
4. Buy your favourite CANAL+ pack from the package of Myanmar Net application.
5. Then you can download “CANAL+ App” and click on “Myanmar Net Customer” to view. (Myanmar Net must be connected to VIP SSID.)
6. If you only want to buy once a month, you must turn off “Auto Renew”.
