Announcement of Installation Fees Changed

Dear Valued Customers. . .

Myanmar Net always take care of our customers with utmost respect and priority, is now facing monumental increase in general expenses.

Due to the above reasons, we respectfully would like to inform you that the installation fees of Myanmar Net and Myanmar Net Plus will be changed from 9,000 kyats to 19,000 kyats starting from 18 April 2021.

Myanmar Net would like to thank to all of our customers ,who have been using Myanmar Net Internet, for their support.

Kindly be inform you that please reach the dedicated hotline number at 09 765 444 150 to get the internet back as soon as possible after paying the unpaid bill.

Regarding the new installation and any other requirements, please reach at 09 76533 8441 for Myanmar Net Plus plans (24,000 Kyats and above) and 09 76533 8440 for Myanmar Net plans (20,000 Kyats and below).

During the Myanmar New Year holiday (Thingyan holiday), Myanmar Net customer service will be closed from 14 to 17 April 2021 and will be resumed as usual on 18 April 2021.

Myanmar Net Internet

Intranet

  • Can access intranet at head office and branch offices at anytime even when the internet is not available by simply installing a local network at the head office.
  • CCTV can be viewed anytime.
  • Head office must be installed “Myanmar Net Visible IP” and “BIZ internet”. Branches must be installed any “Myanmar Net Monthly Internet”.

One Time Charges – 9,000 Ks

Deposit – 10,000 Ks

Monthly Fee – You can choose according to BIZ internet prices for 1 intranet line.

Intranet

  • Can access intranet at head office and branch offices at anytime even when the internet is not available by simply installing a local network at the head office.
  • CCTV can be viewed anytime.
  • Head office must be installed “Myanmar Net Visible IP” and “PLUS fiber internet”. Branches must be installed any “Myanmar Net Monthly Internet”.

Deposit – 10,000 Ks

Monthly Fee – You can choose according to PLUS internet prices for 1 intranet line.

Myanmar Net BIZ+ (Mandalay and Other Cities)

Reliable service in Mandalay, Myeikhtila, Naypyitaw, Pyinmanar, Bago, Taungoo, Mawlamyine, Taunggyi and Magway which can be used two fiber lines.

  • Accessible second line with 40 Mbps even after one line is down
  • Second fiber line with free of charge
  • 24 hours customer ticket resolutions

Required to sign 6 months contract without down-payment.

Fiber

  • One Time Charges for first line – Free
  • Second line – 39,000 Ks
  • Deposit – 10,000 Ks ( 1 line )

Can install wireless if fiber is unavailable.

Recently, Myanmar Net has been working hard to provide door-to-door bill collection service despite various difficulties.

We also try to open all Myanmar Net Stores almost daily.

However, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience of internet cut off caused by some customers who do not pay their monthly fee for more than 2 months.

Please reach at hotline number 09 765 444 150 to get the line back as soon as possible after paying the monthly fee.  You can pay through Myanmar Net reseller shops, Myanmar Net Stores and KBZ, AYA, CB Mobile Banking and CB Pay.

We apologize for any inconvenience especially for phone line congestion because of many enquiry calls in these days.
